SUMMARY:2024 Atlanta Mini-Camp- UPDATE Event is cancelled
DESCRIPTION:What is Mini Camp? \nMini-Camps are a great way to prepare children and potential leaders for an international CISV experience. The Mini-Camp will provide an opportunity for current chapter members and those who are interested in CISV to participate in a three-day version of the village program. This program will satisfy many participant needs including those in “underserved” age groups due to program availability\, those who want to participate in a program but are not ready to be away for a long period of time\, or those who may not be able to participate in a longer program for financial reasons. This Mini-Camp will follow program guidelines similar to a Village. The program will also serve to further local and regional friendships among chapters.\n \nWhat is an ideal Mini Camp participant?\n\nAn ideal Mini Camp participant is someone who is cooperative in a group setting\, interested in others\, able to listen and share ideas\, and willing to participate in games and activities.\n\nMini Camp Information\n\nLocal Mini Camp – Lake Lanier Retreat Center\n3475 Cook Rd.\, Gainesville\, GA\nMarch 16 2024 2 pm – March 17 2024 11 am for Ages 10-25\nCost: $85 until Jan 19 2024  and $100 until Feb 9 2024\n\n\nmini camp site\n\nRegistration Form\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCamp Registration\n	Register By Jan 19 $85.00 USD\n	Register by Feb 9 $100.00 USD\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nYouth Participant Forms Checklist\n\n\nMini Camp Registration Form (found above)\nPre camp will be shared at the beginning of March\nYouth Legal Form For participant\n\nAdult Chaperones Forms Checklist\n\n\n\nMini Camp Registration Form (found in PreCamp link above)\nAdult Legal Form Domestic\n\nAdult Driver Forms Checklist\n\n\n\nBackground Check Questionnaire & Authorization Form – each 18+ adult in house must have 1 / good for 2 years\nDriving History Report (MVR) – for last 3 years / must be age 25 or older to drive CISV participants / good for 1 year\nAuto Liability Coverage – Anyone driving others for the purposes of a CISV program must supply Chapter his/her current personal auto policy with bodily injury & property damage coverage of at least $100\,000 per accident (need declarations page\, insurance card will not suffice) / good for 6 months\n\n\n\n\n
