A Junior Branch is a group of local CISVers (ages 11-25) who are developing intercultural skills through educational and social activities consistent with CISV's goals. They act as a link between other CISV programs/activities and often work with like-minded organizations. They organize their own programs, on a wide variety of themes such as racial equality or the environment. Though an integral part of the local Chapter, Juniors are encouraged to take on administrative responsibility and to be self-governing.
All members of CISV Atlanta Area who are between the ages of 11 and 25 years are also automatically members of the Junior Branch.
Our Junior Branch has its own officers, meetings, educational, and social activities.
Junior Branch involvement offers the opportunity for leadership development and is an important part of CISV’s educational program.

Junior Branch Guidebook The Junior Branch Guidebook is a compilation of documents and explanations of Junior Branch and Junior work which was started in CISV in the 1970s. It is a mixture of ideas, recommendations and suggestions to help Juniors in CISV.
